What the figure shows
The coloured marks are the translations fu(0) of all words of length N, with the outermost map written first. They approximate the attractor as N increases. Marks are samples, not filled cylinder sets.
The reported geometric tail estimate is qmaxN/(1 − qmax), evaluated in ordinary floating point. It does not include arithmetic rounding or SVG coordinate rounding. Neither this estimate nor visual overlap supplies an interval certificate.
Terminology: equal contraction ratios means |λ−| = |λ+|; homogeneous DD means λ− = λ+. No genus, connectedness or contact classification is inferred from a rendered plate.
Each SVG carries full-precision input coordinates, computed multipliers, orientation, depth, count, scale and numerical tail estimates. Its specimen links work when the SVG is served beside this explorer. Parameter JSON retains complete state hashes for other uses.
